I purchased a Geekvape about 4 months…
I purchased a Geekvape about 4 months ago. The contacts on the mod recessed below the plastic and would not make contact with the coil making it inoperable. I tried to contact geekvape, and they wanted videos, box numbers, laser numbers, receipts and so forth. After multiple back & forths they finally helped, but I have to wait upwards of 35 days for replacement to be sent from China or get it with up to 20 days if I send the old one back & pay P&H..
