The x100 watch is a total rip off…
The x100 watch looks great and works great for a couple of weeks. Then it dies and can't be recharged. THeir customer service response was to offer a 30% discount on a new watch. Then 40%. Then if I paid to ship it back and for customers clearance they would check it and see if they would refund. Total BS. All these Chinese made smart watches - the Northtime and these guys - use the same base hardware. It's crap. Do not buy this produce.
I had a problem with a shower tower…
I had a problem with a shower tower unit bought 18 years ago. I first contacted HReed in Dec and they were very helpful in identifying the model, my original purchase date and the part I needed and then shipping it. Six months later the unit again started leaking. I was struggling to remove the diverter cartridge and contacted HReed again to see if they could assist. Again the CSR went above and beyond and supplied instructions. Excellent customer service back in December and now again.
