Cute glasses, so so customer service.
Update: after leaving the original review, wherelight reached out refunded me immediately. I appreciate the fact they did what they said they would, still disappointed that it took a negative review to accomplish it. I love their product, but an still wary of the customer service. Original: I ordered from wherelight based on reviews and the confidence that they would return/ refund my order if anything was amiss. My glasses arrived, they are super cute, but the lenses are too distorted to work. Instead of refunding and letting me return them, I'm getting the runaround. I do not recommend wherelight for people who have progressive or more specific prescriptions.
