Broken Muse Portable Lamp...
Although the Muse Portable Lamp is beautiful, it came broken - the glass exterior was shattered. Customer server has been friendly but the process is just so slow, which is why I'm giving this purchase a 2-star... I've reached out regarding a return for the damaged item on the day I received the package. That was 12 days ago and to this day I still have not gotten a return label. It just feels concerning that it's taking so long and not sure when I can even get my money back...
