I saw a listing for a lawnmower on the Northern Tool website, albeit on backorder. When I checked the Northern Tool Marietta location, I noticed one in stock. After calling to confirm, I was told there was one box left, so I headed over immediately. When I arrived and asked for the lawnmower, they showed me an assembled version with a 3-year warranty for an extra $50. I requested the lawnmower at the online price without the assembly/warranty add-on, but my request was denied. This discrepancy between what I was told and what was offered in-store raises concerns about Northern Tool’s consistency and honesty.
