Woeful Customer Service
Absolute woeful customer service. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago which subsequently got lost in the post. Following multiple attempts to reach out and get a response. Their responses are vague, and untimely. When sending out an email, the automated response indicates a 1-2 business day response which never occurs on time. I am still at this point awaiting a response from Skims for the correct response of issuing a refund for the lost product. Skims products are good. Bought as a gift which was enjoyed by my girlfriend
