Hopeless.
As a seller I was a victim of an unscrupulous buyer who wanted to take advantage. Buyer failed and raised a case with carousell which gotten my account suspended. Without having an opportunity to explain or state my case / reasons. Wake up carousell. You're losing supporters. Look at the reviews here. Tje admins are incapable of even simple assessment of a claim made, to assess if it's legit or not. And they just suspend an account like that. And I can't even speak with a person to explain. Carousell is getting bad to worse. They are very bad at identifying the real scammers. It's just time to move on. Carousell started off well. But will become obsolete in time to come.
