Don’t pay for the expedited shipping!
I ordered a dress on the 6th and paid for the 3-5 day expedited shipping. After not hearing anything for days I emailed them and got a response stating that they would rush processing and make sure my dress was delivered before my event which was on the 17th. I just received shipment notification on the 16th saying that my dress would arrive by the 22nd. I paid for the expedited shipping so it would arrive on time. Why offer the fast shipping if you aren’t going to honor it! I am greatly disappointed! Now I have to go buy another dress last minute because my dress I ordered isn’t going to be here on time!
