I ordered ten replacement shuko meachanisms after showing on videos that the the ones sent with a clip/spring mechanism were not holding in threade wires correctly. After several emails with them they mentioned I could releat the purchase and they would ensure that they would send mechanisms that used screws to fasten the cables.
They sent another ten identical mechnaisms with clip and spring. They arent coordinated to deal with problems, just to sell.

I regret spending more than €2,000 on BSEED switches, sockets, and smart home products during my house renovation. After extensive installation and testing, I would strongly recommend that anyone in Spain or elsewhere in Europe carefully consider alternative brands before committing to BSEED.
The first major issue is compatibility with standard Spanish electrical boxes. Most Spanish installations use boxes around 45 mm deep, and BSEED products are simply not designed with these dimensions in mind. Fitting the mechanisms into the wall becomes extremely difficult, especially when modern wiring is used.
The socket design is particularly problematic. Instead of using traditional screw terminals that securely clamp the wire, BSEED uses a spring-catch system. In theory this should make installation easier, but in practice it performs poorly with modern 2.5 mm² wiring commonly used in Spain. The wire entry holes are too small and do not accommodate thicker cables comfortably.
The result is that when you push the socket back into the wall, the wires must bend sharply. Unless your wall box is unusually large (around 60 mm or more in height), the pressure often causes the cables to partially pull out of the terminal. This creates a frustrating installation experience and significantly increases installation time.
The smart switch range is also disappointing. The no-neutral switches frequently suffer from flickering issues. Since many Spanish lighting circuits do not have a neutral wire at the switch location, this is a significant problem for a large portion of the Spanish market.
Their two-way and three-way smart switching solutions are another weak point. If your internet connection fails, only one of the switches continues to function properly. This defeats one of the basic expectations of a traditional multi-way lighting circuit, where every switch should always be able to control the light regardless of internet connectivity.
For anyone looking to build a smart home, there are far better alternatives available today. A much more reliable and flexible approach is to install standard switches together with smart relays (such as Zigbee, Matter, or Wi-Fi relays) hidden behind the switch or located elsewhere in the circuit. These solutions are generally easier to install, work better with European wiring standards, maintain normal switch operation when the internet is unavailable, and offer far greater compatibility with platforms such as Home Assistant.
The glass panels look attractive, and the products appear modern at first glance, but appearance alone cannot compensate for the practical installation and reliability issues. If I were renovating again, I would not choose BSEED.
I fully expect BSEED to reply to this review asking me to contact customer support. However, customer support cannot change the underlying design limitations of these products. My experience after spending more than €2,000 is that you are paying primarily for appearance rather than engineering quality. The switches and sockets look great on the wall, but there are significantly better alternatives available for Spain and the wider European market that are easier to install, more reliable, and likely to offer better long-term value.
