I’ve been emailing them for weeks. They charged my card before shipping the dress, they also shipped after their promised date. When I tried to cancel, they shipped it anyway and now I’ve been trying for days to get details on how to return the item and no one will give me the information to ship the item back. The dress was also not a great quality.
