Bought new system fully customised with bent flanges.
Bought new system fully customised POWDER SHAKER and air freight in. CAPSULCN sent a new unit with bent flange. Numerous reply from both Inna(Sales) and Maria (Service) which does not makes sense. Blame their qualtiy control department. Expecting customer to fix their issue and lot of ridiculous method that will not work as they stated system will shake and then come back to tell us that system will not have issue on the exact same method stated will have issue?! check with profesional workshop on cost to repair it and they do not wanted to fork out the cost. case have been still ongoing since 2 month. AVOID AT ALL COST SUCH COMPANY OR BE HANG DRY.
