I’ve been working with CapsulCN for years now, and I can honestly say their customer support is really good. I’m based in Spain, and whenever there’s an issue with a machine or something needs adjusting, they’ve always been there to help. They respond quickly and always make sure everything gets sorted. Really appreciate their support, it’s made a huge difference for my business.
We recently purchased a semi-automatic capsule filling machine from CapsulCN. While it's still early to comment on the machine's long-term performance, the overall buying experience has been very smooth. Communication has been easy and efficient, especially via WhatsApp, and their team has been quick to respond to questions and assist with any setup issues. Shipping was prompt and hassle-free. So far, we're very satisfied with the service and support.
We had a fantastic experience with this company. The machines they offer are top quality — reliable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What truly sets them apart, though, is their outstanding customer support.
Inna and Narva are very responsive to our requests, and all of our questions are being answered satisfactorily. Engineers Xiao is very professional and detail-oriented. We speak highly of the team we are in contact with. Would love to continue to work with you.
Great after sale service! Solved a technical issue with the capsule filling machine.
Product, communication and delivery were generally good, and I will order from them again. However, the specifications on the product we originally ordered were wrong, this was clarified but only well after ordering.
We received a quick response to our question about how to fix the problem with the label dispenser for bottle caps. The explanation along with pictures that have pointers as to which settings to change on the screen are very helpful. We find the company very responsive to our questions and we even received some new springs for our encapsulator at no cost. We are very satisfied with the service we have received following our purchase.
Maria from the after sales team is amazing. She’s very helpful. Anytime i have any questions regarding any of the machines I bought from them they are quick to reply and send over step by step instructions on how to solve the problem. Monica is also very helpful. They are the best company to do business with and i highly recommend
Excellent after sales service most of the problems could be sorted over communication. Very prompt response
Maria was really helpful in identifying our dosing issue and suggested how it can be solved.
Maria in customer service took great care of us when the machine wasn't functioning well, and brought us back on line very fast. I'm very impressed with their dedication to customer service.
The team was alot of help and was very fast to respond to our problem and was very understanding with our situation. They provided an excellent solution in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the help we received and are happy to be continuing buiesness with Maria and with Capsulcn.
This company services is just amazing! I purchased a capsule machine and a labeler machine from this company several years ago, and I’ve been highly satisfied with their performance. Recently, after years of use, I needed some repairs and support for these machines. I was genuinely impressed by the company’s excellent customer service even after such a long time. They promptly addressed my concerns, provided the necessary fixes, and ensured that everything was working perfectly again. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its products and provides reliable service years after the purchase. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for durable equipment and outstanding post-sale support. Thank you for your exceptional service!
Our experience with Capsule machines from CapsuleCN about two years. The machines are practical and still working good. Service after sale are very good. We have bought two capsules machines for our production line. All the different machines that we have bought are 6. We recommend every one to by machines from CapsulrCN
Ordered 5 times. Never had an issue. Jess is particularly helpful and professional.
The help we received was fast and to the point that the problem got solved very fast so we could start the production back on track. Much appreciated.
Not only are the machines pretty durable, but their customer support is top-notch. Getting a good machine is great, but if you do not have great customer support, it can be very difficult to maintain operations. With any issue I have, I am put into a group chat and they stick with me until the issue is fixed. Love it!
Bought new system fully customised POWDER SHAKER and air freight in. CAPSULCN sent a new unit with bent flange. Numerous reply from both Inna(Sales) and Maria (Service) which does not makes sense. Blame their qualtiy control department. Expecting customer to fix their issue and lot of ridiculous method that will not work as they stated system will shake and then come back to tell us that system will not have issue on the exact same method stated will have issue?! check with profesional workshop on cost to repair it and they do not wanted to fork out the cost. case have been still ongoing since 2 month. AVOID AT ALL COST SUCH COMPANY OR BE HANG DRY.
I recently purchased an encapsulating machine from CapsulCN, and the entire experience has been exceptional. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what I needed, but Chris from the sales team was outstanding. He guided me through the options with patience and professionalism, making the process smooth and stress-free. Maria from the service team was equally wonderful. She provided detailed explanation videos that made setting up and operating the machine incredibly easy. Her responsiveness and willingness to help were truly appreciated. The CapsulCN team is highly responsive to emails, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. As for the machine itself, the quality is brilliant—precisely what I needed for my business. It’s efficient, reliable, and well-designed. I cannot recommend CapsulCN enough for their excellent customer service and top-notch products. If you’re looking for an encapsulating machine, this is the company to trust! Five stars!
