It is the worst after sell service

I have the contract that we bought the counting machine from them. The model is YL-2A. I can attach the contract to you. I bought it in 2016.

They are VERY Suspicious!!! Don't Trust!!!

They are VERY unprofessional! Wrote several emails and live chats looking to buy on the spot. NO REPLIES EVER!! WEEKS LATER!! Then what do they do when someone finally does respond? RAISE THE PRICES A COUPLE TO A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS PER PRODUCT! Saying: "The promotion is now over...(affiliate gal from China).. That's great and all, but how about all my inquiries when the sale was going? I live in the USA and total time difference! You'd think they would honor the price after looking up my inquiries! But NOPE!! Stay away!! SHADY BUSINESS!!

Worth a praise

I bought the empty capsules, and I received the goods very quickly. The things are good. The powder is also very convenient. I bought it for the country. Because it is summer, it will stick when there is no powder. If the business is equipped with Just a few pairs of disposable gloves, just a small suggestion to adopt.

If there's a problem, it's the customer's fault...

Foreign companies doing business in the USA need to learn to do business our way, not theirs. Due to illness in the family we buy supplements in bulk and fill capsules to save money. Consequently, I ordered pill fillers x50 capsules: 000 & 0 capsule size. The “000” works fine. The “0” filler does NOT line-up properly and crushes capsules in one corner of the filler. Upon contacting the company, they first directed me to watch their support videos on YouTube. I contacted them a second time and they immediately gave me another BS hoop to jump through asking me to take pictures of the issue. What does this mean? Take pictures of broken capsules? Clearly, this company has NO intention of accepting returns or making good on faulty products. This company has no issue dismissing sick people or any other consumers AS LONG AS CAPSULCN GETS PAID! We’re taking the experience as a $$$ loss as there’s no recourse to a business that takes advantage of customers overseas. Buyer beware!

A nasty little experience with Capsulcn …

A nasty little experience with Capsulcn for me. I placed an order by email with them, specifying my goods required and full delivery address and contact details. They sent me a Paypal invoice for $590 which I paid using my billing address. The Capsulcn customer service agent then came back to me with 'an internal problem' because I had not specified the physical delivery address on my Paypal payment. She said she would refund me the order and issue a new invoice, I told her it was a crazy solution to a simple address admin issue. She did the refund anyway against my advice. The amount refunded to me was $45 less than what I had paid. The reason for this is down to Paypal fees applied both ways. When I requested that Capsulcn should bear this cost as it was their 'internal issues' and their decision alone which had caused the cost, they flatly refused. That is a fail in my book.

Paid $30 for expedited shipping and got nothing but a non-working tracking number. CapsulCN ALWAYS has an excuse. Awful.

Beware of Capsulcn Chinese Companie False claims and advertising and poor customer service

We recently purchased 10,000 empty vegetarian capsules from Capsulcn sick website but do not be fooled, when we placed the order it arrived very late and we had chase them up many times. When the goods did arrive the website indicated the largest size tablet on the picture but what arrived was 3 times smaller. I when complained they said it was my fault, when i got chatting to them on the online chat they rudely left the chat room without answering my questions BEWARE EVERYBODY cheap Chinese can spell disaster.
