Great Customer Service
I ordered an SV03 printer during one of Sovol's sales from their website, as it was significantly cheaper than Amazon. It arrived a few days later, and after I assembled it I was pleased with the results. Unfortunately, it did seem to randomly drop power during printing on occasion, which caused some frustration. I reached out to Sovol's customer support and they ran me through diagnosing the issue. It was decided that it was likely a faulty power supply, and they shipped me out a new one free of charge. I replaced the old power supply with the new one and it solved the sporadic power drops. The prints have come out very well since then, and I've had only positive experiences with Sovol's customer support. I expect to buy from them again from them in the future.
