Very disappointing service and misleading app information I purchased a data plan that was advertised as 'Unlimited.' However, my connection was heavily throttled after 20 GB, leaving me suddenly without usable internet. The information displayed in the app was completely inaccurate and misleading (it was clearly indicated unlimited without any 20GB limit) When I contacted customer support, I was asked to provide numerous screenshots. Despite this, no immediate help was provided. Only after several hours was I informed that it was a display error and that speeds are throttled after 20 GB. Although the company acknowledged the error, no further help or compensation was offered. Poor service and a lack of transparency—not recommended.
