Shipment package company GOFO said that they had a bad address for the shipment of my ordered hearing aids. Tried contacting Nebroo and have now waited for 30 minutes twice with no response from Nebroo. Their info says they are available 24 hours. Maybe they should advertise 24 hour wait time when calling. Emails that I used to contact Nebroo have instructed me to contract the shipper. A phone call to the shipper GOFO gets no one to talk with there because I do not know the correct phone number associated with the tracking number that was provided. What a disaster this has turned out to be. I wish that this could be a positive experience but so far it has not been one. Emails to Nabroo are not answered very quickly either.
