We booked a hotel in error in Bangkok because Agoda had 2 with similiar names with misleading entries in the description for a 3 night stay. On cancellation they still wanted the full payment for 3 days even though they were informed immediately. Agoda have been contacted numerous times and have refused to reply. Both Agoda and their hotel are being very Unfair and unhelpful to their customers. Clearly keeping your money is more important than customer care to Agoda or their hotels that have unfair cancellation policies. We have requested Agoda to exclude hotels with Unfair cancellation policies and so why would a potential customer want to do so? There is no customer care so avoid
