Proform SMR Pro Elliptical…
I have had a Proform SMR Pro Elliptical for a few years. Currently it needs a hard reset however does not have the described pinhole hard reset spot. When I called (and spent 1.5hours on the phone) I was then told it is not one they support any longer...but hey they offered that if I want to buy a new one I can have a discount. You have got to be kidding ProForm...the replacement will be a brand that actually provides customer service.
