The jewellery is beautiful
The jewellery is beautiful, but unfortunately very poorly made for the price point. I bought the T-lock heroine necklace and supernal necklaces in November. The T-lock was constantly coming undone just while walking around and I’d notice and have to reattach it; eventually it came off without me noticing and I lost it! I’ve had t-lock necklaces from other companies and have never had them come undone just while wearing. Then - After a couple of months, the stone on the supernal necklace fell out! I’ve had much cheaper necklaces last years so again the quality is so disappointing. Customer service went back and forth with me, clearly didn’t want to take ownership of the issue and eventually agreed to send a replacement to the value of the supernal necklace. There was only one other necklace (with a different closure) so I requested that… Again beautiful BUT… the necklace broke within an hour! I tugged at it slightly whilst zipping up a coat and it snapped. Incredible. I messaged customer service once again who said that this fell outside of their warranty. So I’ve spent over £200 on jewellery that are unwearable annd immeasurably less well made than £20 necklaces from the high street. They look beautiful but I’m so disappointed!
