Had my server shutdown due to a billing issue (not my end). Was forced to pay money and appears the support staff are doing everything they can to avoid me. Had to start VCAT (court) claim against them just to make them do something. Very very bad services and support and can cause huge amounts of cost. Avoid Update: they are trying to cover tracks now and make themselves look good but still avoiding the issue (and Accountability). They have no intention to resolve this at all - they are just trying to find a way to make me look bad. Anyone in a similar issues should report to the ACCC and take a VCAT or QCAT claim, it’s low cost and will make them either clean up their act. Don’t fall for the templates responses the reviewers online are genuine and speak for themselves! Watch out! 2nd update: now appears they have blocked our emails from the ticket system. This alone saids more about what this company is about than anything else. Staff appear to be working hard to cover their actions and likely prevent further fallout, however they refuse to even make a phone call now as they know how bad things are. Legal action against in the courts seeking orders and a judgement will do so much, however it’s likely tracking the money and agents and putting pressure on who facilitates this company’s actions to lead to the better results. More updates to come to try and prevent other people from experiencing issues. Additional horror stories on several other review sites. Update 3: reviews(at)vodien.com - doesn’t even work… see below how they offer the email address to make contact.. but it’s just yet another tactic to smoke screen the issues of what is clearlya collapsing company. Messy Update 4. Total damage control situation, shutdown support services, blocked emails and numbers, trying to change info online.. if they put this much effort into actually supporting customers they would have a half decent company.. class action underway… writing is on the wall. Anyone with this company should migrate now before it’s too late. Likely going to collapse any moment.
