The quality of the gem is amazing! The shipment, it was sooner than originally promised, which was very nice. The customer service, the pricing, shipping, packaging...it couldn't have gone smoother or have been of higher quality!

Ordered two; surprised by early delivery of one
I ordered two stones; one is a blue lab diamond. I was told my shipment date would be 28 Aug 2026.
Today FEDEX brought me the "white" diamond I also ordered. Turned out, someone at Luvansh decided I shouldn't wait on that one and shipped it!
And, it's beautiful!
THAT is customer service!!
