CSR was professional and well spoken, sounded like Ai at first (had to confirm a human’s voice was on the other end). The call was handled with limited words and ease of service. All my questions and needs were handled within 5 minutes. I’m happy we chose Just Insure insurance company. More affordable and reasonable than major insurance companies we had in the past.
