I bought a Roborock Ultra in 2025 hoping it would save me time and make life easier because of my very busy work schedule. Instead, it has done the exact opposite. The robot never worked even for a single day. From the beginning, it constantly showed internal errors and was completely unusable. I spent countless hours on the phone with customer support trying to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Eventually, they asked me to send the unit back for repair. After waiting and dealing with shipping back and forth, I received it again with the exact same issue. It still never worked. This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made. I bought it for convenience, but instead I wasted hours trying to fix it, packaging it, shipping it, and dealing with support. A very expensive product that never functioned properly from day one. Even worse, there was no proper refund or return resolution despite all the time and effort wasted. I highly discourage anyone from buying this product. I truly wish I had known about these issues before spending my money on it.
