Poor Customer Service and Delivery timelines
I ordered Rotimatic Next on March 23,2025 and I was promised the delivery of Rotimatic in May to Pennsylvania, USA. It has still not been delivered, and several attempts to get in touch with them have been met with no clarity. The support team are just listeners, and no one acts on the complaints or requests made to them.
