They will not allow you to return item and there is nothing you can do about it.
My $2k Jetson Orin arrived in a battered, original box without any additional protection. Seeed's return policy requires that you ask for and receive return authorization before you shup item back, and return item within 5 days for a refund, 10 days for replacement. Item has to be unopened. I didn't open the box but expressed my concerns regarding their careless handling of expensive equipment and asked for return authorization. They answered my email only once, asking for photos, which I have sent them already. I sent them again but never heard from Seeed again. I would never buy anything again from their store, unless I was ready to eat the loss in case item came defective or DoA. Their return policy is basically "kiss my a**".
