My experience has been ok with Alibaba. I would say I do not agree with how they allow sellers to take 100% payment before production. I feel like you're left in the blind you have to keep messaging them following up with your orders sometimes I feel like it's half-assed because they're paid upfront. I by far DO NOT think this is fair. I believe a 30-50% deposit is required to start production and the remaining due BEFORE shipping and after "visual" quality checks BEFORE shipping to customers! That's really my only concern. & the shipping needs to be quoted fairly. I would love to see on both ends the price of shipping they really be charging what they want on shipping prices.🥴
