Manual/user guide service.
I contacted Rangemaster when we acquired an old dual fuel classic 90, and asked if there was a user/manual guide for the cooker because I had not been able to find one. Charley was extremely helpful and was able to give us the exact date our cooker was built, from the serial number. Charley explained their archives of manuals did not go back that far, 2004, but that the 2009 would probably be suitable, he sent us the download, and it is. A very helpful company.
