My issue was a Section 3 suspension, . The issue was related to a product that had been listed over a year ago and was not even active . and Amazon considers it as prohibited. After my initial appeals were rejected, I contacted Riverbend Consulting, and Estefany was assigned to my case. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to handle the situation. We submitted multiple appeals over the course of two months, and finally my account was reinstated. I’m honestly very happy with the service, and they truly deserved every cent. I know how stressful and difficult these situations can be.
