After multiple attempts to get Amazon to see reason through appeals, including letters to executives with authority over both the platform and the enforcement, Amazon sadly confirmed that they would not release your funds. When Amazon issues final-word language about releasing held funds, arbitration is often the only remaining path that can compel them to produce their evidence or release the money. Sadly, this can be cost prohibitive and depending on the amounts held may not work for every situation. We share your disappointment in this outcome and genuinely wish you the best going forward.
