Good money after bad.
Followed an Ad to Riverbend, and had my consultation meeting with them. After talking up their services, and their successes, I had repeatedly asked if my case was typical and they had said yes it is! I signed up thinking they can quickly resolve my issue with Amazon. I provided all my documentation, and they "thoroughly" reviewed my account, however, after a couple months, all it was template emails that I had to send to various amazon emails. It was nothing that much more above and beyond that I had done just googling before paying Riverbed to do almost the same thing. Finally reached the end of the road where they said they cant do anymore, other than pay another lawyer, which I had originally wanted to do, on top of my already big expense. Better off solo.
