Great support team & after care!!
Hi SecretLab, I had a blast with Vince one of your support team members. He went off the mile and assisted me, took ownership and responsibility to dive into parts that were not asked fully... I came for an armrest that "splitted away" and ended up with a perfectly working chair again (had to order the parts though but he made all the process super easy and streamlined and a no brainer). Now I will have a hard time choosing other chairs due that the support and after care is so painless... thanks for that!! - and give Vince a raise! Cheers, Jose
