First Time BarkBoxxers
We started BarkBox for the first time this year and have been consistently impressed with every box. We originally signed up for a box to be shared by our two dogs, taking into account that only one of them is toy-motivated. We were sure that the treat assortment would be attractive to both. At the very beginning of our relationship, we ran into a snag where somehow my dog's sizes were mixed up-- they are both 50lbs+ but had been enrolled for a box for small dogs. BarkBox customer service rectified this immediately and fixed my account for the following month. They were nice enough to send along some big dog toys even though the mistake was on my end. Speaking of toys, I have appreciated the high quality and fun seasonal theming. I also like the special offers we receive where if we add on a toy, we get lots of extras. As you can imagine, there have been no issues with the treats!
