:ocal tax of 30% in EU & horrible return policy
Received the goods within 2/3 weeks, but not before I had to pay an additional of 30% of the amount for local (Dutch) tax. I couldnt fund where the company was stated so could'n calculate upfront. The earrings were too wide to use, couldn't get it trough at all, so want to return them. In the return process, you have to send a mail and then wait for the instructions. The sole respons I got after 3 days of waiting, came down to "you can not return". Since I also ordered two non-earring / piercing items, I should be able to at least return them. They initially even claimed that you cannot return the earring that is still in their sealed package (I bought two single earrings). Working my way trough to get some of my money back... With the tax, the two earrings and two necklace chain extenders, I paid 80!!! euro's which is way too much. And I cannot find were the reviews on their wabsite come from or were to write on; make you doubt the transparancy of these "great experieces". Shortly said: rethink before you order here...
