Mark Albert was an exceptional representative for Marriott Hotels. I suffer from an extreme anxiety disorder and from the moment he answered my call he treated me with sincere care without even knowing of my disorder. He was calm, caring and professional. He made me feel so welcome and reassured me that all of my concerns had been met. If he were my son I would be incredibly proud of the gentleman he had grown to be and how dedicated he is to his job. If there is such a customer service award, I would make it my mission to teach other Marriott employee’s how important it is to treat every customer with care, empathy and compassion. God Bless Mark Albert as he goes above and beyond typical customer service.
