Horrible experience, no help given
Absolutely horrible company. Just a money grab and they offer you zero help. Before you order they will talk to you, but as soon as you pay, you get an AI bot that cannot help you. They lie to get you to order, saying it’s safe, it’s for you, there are money back guarantees. Not true. There are no guarantees. After you order you only get an AI bot that submits tickets for you, that no one ever answers. I’ve been waiting for over a week now. Also, when you take your credit card off for automatic billing and they can absolutely contact you over and over for that. Just further proving you are just a cash cow for them. Do not trust trimrx with your health needs. They take your money and you are on your own.
