Classpass has Class!
While the Classpass platform offers a wide variety of gym classes, personal trainer experiences, salon and spa options and more. At this time it was not a match for where I am at. When I reached out to their online customer service, at 1st AI managed (not bad at all) it ensured that "my ducks were in line" so their live agent could expeditiously (and I mean that) resolve my issue. Once transferred to Melissa she quickly acknowledged that I'd never set up an account, utilized the platform and refunded the monthly charge to my account after I provided some basic information. It was easy and painless. I appreciate that I wasn't hassled, I also inquired as to what Classpass was as I had no clue. Melissa gave me a nice break down free of any sales jargon which was greatly appreciated. There was no pressure to make me keep whatever membership was associated with said fee. Just a polite reminder of banking processing time and we'll wishes. Why can't all transactions go this smoothly? If you are interested in physical fitness, aesthetics, nail care, yoga, pilates etc. Give Classpass a once over currently they have a 14 day free trial. I believe Walmart+ members also have a deal too. I'll promote any company with great customer support any day!
