Below Average
The blinds just about do the job but is the bare minimum they can get away with. I certainly don't class them as high quality and something that cost me over $800....Velcro isn't really the hallmark of a quality item! Ouch! The blackout blinds come cut with a 2 inch gap at the bottom which is way too big and as such lets way too much light in - this is as per my submitted measurements which our accurate. I would imagine this is to cover themselves for having to return blinds that won't at all fit. The "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is questionable since in order to take them up on this guarantee, I need to uninstall the blinds, find a charity who wants custom fit inner panel track blinds and then get them to write an acknowledgement that this has been accepted as a donation before taking a picture of me handing them over....this is before I open a claim with SelectBlinds and hope that they will then honour the Guarantee. This policy is laughable and needs to be looked at!. Needless to say these are the last blinds I buy from SelectBlinds.
