Bail Great! Discova not.....fail!
We had two experiences booked through our travel agent with Discova, and both fell well below expectations — nothing like what Discova promotes. From the very beginning, the tours were poorly managed: the guides gave little to no introductions, transport was unsafe, and the overall organisation was the worst we’ve ever experienced. We’ve travelled extensively throughout the region and can honestly say our trip to Bali was the most disappointing because of these tours. I strongly advise customers to beware — what you are promised will not measure up to the reality. We raised detailed feedback with Discova, highlighting over 20 areas where the tours were misrepresented, yet we were told our expectations were “unrealistic” and that they saw no operational failures. This response shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer safety or satisfaction. Based on our experience, we will never use Discova again. Our travel agent has also confirmed they will not be recommending Discova to NZ or AU clients going forward.
