The hair is not as described….
I purchased hair from this company through TikTok Shop and left an honest review stating that the hair was not of good quality and was not as described. The company then contacted me directly and offered me a full refund on the condition that I deleted my review. After several days of back and forth communication, I agreed to their terms and deleted the review as requested. However, I am still waiting for the refund that was originally agreed. They are now trying to offer me less than the amount they initially promised, despite me having fulfilled my part of the agreement. I find this extremely disappointing and misleading. Their customer service has been very poor throughout the process and I do not feel they have handled this situation professionally. I simply want them to honour the original agreement and provide the full refund they offered.
