First off, I’m going to start with it will take as long as three days to fully get your order correct because they do have to hand eye and all of that but when I got my wig, it was amazing. The density was great. I won’t have to worry about any patches or balding in the wig. Great quality overall I would say I spoke to a Pittman and that person here she definitely helped me out! But least they can pre-cut curls were amazing.(I purchased the 13x6 Glueless Burmese Curly Human Hair Wig Dark Brown With Drawstring Pre Cut Lace 13x6 With Drawstring / 250% / 16 spent 170$ exact)
This is one of the worst companies to purchase hair from. They advertise a great product, but it’s not the same when you get it. The hair losses its “pizzazz” as soon as you wash it. I purchased from the TikTok shop and was give not one, but two wigs that were nothing like the advertised. I was told to delete my review and I would get a refund. I obliged, and never got compensated. I would advise you to steer clear of this company, they are not trustworthy.
For my first wig this is GREAT yall! True to density, length and quality. No blend all human and is so silky. Will be buying again!
I am so in love with this straight brown wig from Pizazz Hair! The color is stunning, and the hair is incredibly soft, silky, and thick all the way to the ends. The 13x6 lace melted flawlessly for a super easy install. I bought the 20-inch, and it’s beautiful, but the quality is so amazing that I seriously wish I had ordered a longer length! Plus, shipping was fast and their communication was excellent with constant tracking updates while it was on the way. Will definitely be buying a longer one next time!
Good quality of hair I bought the deep weave and the curls stay intact no heat nessecery just add a good heat protector and tie down at night you will be good to go the next morning. 😀

The lace: The lace was pretty easy to work with and blended nicely after I customized it. I would definitely recommend taking your time with the lace because that’s what really makes the wig look more natural. Once everything was laid and styled, it gave a really cute melted look. The density: I like the fullness because it gives enough volume without looking too bulky. If you like your wigs with a little body and movement, you’ll probably like the density. The shedding: I did notice a little shedding, especially after brushing and styling, but nothing that had me completely upset. Just make sure you’re being gentle with it because excessive brushing can definitely cause more shedding. The styling: This is probably one of my favorite things about the wig. It was easy to style, and you can really make it your own. Whether you want it straight, curled, layered, or just simple and natural, it has enough versatility to work with different looks. The overall look: Once installed and styled, the wig is givingggg 😭😍. It looks really cute and can definitely be dressed up or down. I also like that it photographs well because some wigs look good in person but weird in pictures—this one gives a pretty natural finish. I love that I wrote to them and they wrote back to me. They check in with you and see how you like the hair. I think it’s the little things that make a company great or average. From my experience this is a great company and I have bought a lot of hair from them. I have brought hair on TikTok and on their website. The hairs are amazing, long lasting, and true to length. The hd lace on the current hair I bought from them is literally non-existent.

I purchased hair from this company through TikTok Shop and left an honest review stating that the hair was not of good quality and was not as described. The company then contacted me directly and offered me a full refund on the condition that I deleted my review. After several days of back and forth communication, I agreed to their terms and deleted the review as requested. However, I am still waiting for the refund that was originally agreed. They are now trying to offer me less than the amount they initially promised, despite me having fulfilled my part of the agreement. I find this extremely disappointing and misleading. Their customer service has been very poor throughout the process and I do not feel they have handled this situation professionally. I simply want them to honour the original agreement and provide the full refund they offered.
Although the shipping too long, the delivery company rang my doorbell to let me know the package was delivered. The product surprised me that it was of good quality and it came with instructions for use and gifts for just purchasing the product. The hair is soft and easy to style. I really like this product.

Love this wig , true to length hair is so soft! Its not glueless due to the ear tabs dont stick and the color of the tape shows through the lace, the hair holds curls so well and the lace is great, i would desire a bit leas shedding but i absolutely will be ordering from this company again
