Beware non US buyers - double check the pricing and currency
I'm in the UK and bought an item as a first time buyer from their main website. But beware that they display several prices across Shop, their website, and via Google Search. Unfortunately I didn't check before I bought and I trusted their main website pricing. I believe I was charged an incorrect UK price when they retail the same item for less on Shop. I paid in UK pounds but I am certain that I was shown a US dollar pricing. Unfortunately their company and customer service takes a hard line and deal with customers a bit too firmly so I don't know if I could buy from them again. I asked them to check the international pricing but they came back to me without a reply on that. Silence. They don't do much to please customers unfortunately. I wasn't too pleased but I won't fight them via Trading Standards or risk bad karma. It is not worth the negative energy. Live and learn. I only paid a little bit more to be fair, but this is how you definitely DON'T win customers! 🙂 Saying that, the item is quite nice in person so 2 stars is fair. Let's see if their products are more impressive than their company policies. Shame they can't totally be trusted.
