I paid 3300+ to break the contract I signed in 2024. I didn’t use the system for about 4 months while the house was having work done & staging for the estate sale (this was my dad’s house). I disconnected the WiFi in April-May. I broke the contract in May. After I paid 3300+, I had charges taken out of my account. I called about it & said our business was done after paying that amount the break the contract. Now, I’m getting calls, saying I owe 1166+, apparently for monitoring! Monitoring what?! There is nothing to monitor!!!! I filed another BBB claim against them to stop the collections. I received no bill, no other correspondence regarding this. I hated this service. Batteries didn’t last long and they expected you to do their job with troubleshooting. I don’t remember signing a 5-year contract either. I don’t recommend this company at all. They are greedy scammers.
