I'm having to post this in the Review…
I'm having to post this in the Review section as your Support section doesn't seem to be working! Have just bought Recoverit to recover photo's form a corrupted Sandisk memory card but after apparently recovering them there's nothing in the files. When trying to then load onto Lightroom after them allegedly being recovered the program states there's no information and they're not downloadable. I paid a lot of money for this program and am quite disappointed with it. I don't need it for anything else so would like to cancel my order and get a refund. My Wondershare ID is：263390985. My Order No.is : #Q221117203733735363872. Many thanks
