No International warranty coverage for a pretended global company
Machine broke within warranty period and there is no global international coverage.

Broke in less than 2 years - customer service confusing
Roborock S8 Ultra dock stopped working after less than 2 years when almost not used. Contacted support by email - confusing answers - not acknowledging the warranty - and not seeming to read the messages. Very disappointing and machine still not working.
