A little pray if you need help from customer support
I placed an order about 4 am on Monday and 7 days later my items hadn’t arrived I looked at my account and realised the items were still sitting in processing. I contacted the support team asking why my products haven’t been shipped yet, why I haven’t been informed there is a problem with my order all the normal questions you would ask, customer support took the full 72 hours to respond to something so vague I wondered why they even bothered. I emails back asking why why order was sitting in processing for 8 days and received no response to that or the other email I sent I only received half the order and one incorrect product. No I wouldn’t even bother with them, they really was no business ethics I spent longer writing my emails then I did placing my order
