I am somewhat of an eyeglass collector. As such, I order 10 or so pairs at a time. I needed someone to do the actual prescription lenses for my frames. After an internet search, I happened across VS. I ended up calling and speaking with Mike DeMasi. He helped me get all my questions answered and was very friendly. He was open and honest with a ETA. Now... on the first order he did not meet the ETA. HOWEVER, he then discounted my order to make it right. I did not ask for this, he just did it as it was the right thing to do. I am very happy with VS eyewear as it provides me the value I was looking for in larger orders. I am about to send them some more!!
