This is a great app
This is a great app. It helps keep you on tract with your overall health. The instructors are knowledgeable and easy to follow. I didn't have any trouble with the app except the sound would not work right away. But I reached out to customer service and almost immediately they were helping me with it. I think it is more affordable than other expensive apps. I can see myself using Reverse Health in the future as well.
