Their customer service sucks
Their customer service sucks. They don't reply to their emails This has been ongoing for over a month. The connector pieces for the toys is broken. Even offered to purchase. Still nothing. Unacceptable customer service Beware!!! Update..... Finally got a response. They lie and say they've responded to every email. Nothing on the original thread or in my spam. Why would I be unsatisfied if they did respond. On there only 2nd response, they say I never bought a machine from them. I never said I did. I know they have the same attachments that I needed. Wasn't looking for free. Offered to pay. Still BEWARE
