Rating: minus 5 zero stars!!!
Horrible!! Minus 5 stars rating I ordered 10 bottles of cherry juice from Mama Shop for 2 weeks which never came and got cancelled without my authorisation. I called Speedpost to enquire why delivery was on hold for few days to realise it was damaged and had to be returned. Speedpost staff told me that someone will call me about the replacement. Nobody did. I called Lazada and seller that I dont want a cancellation but a replacement as had already waited 2 weeks. Both said that couldn't be done. I wasted time ordering and waiting, chasing Speedpost for few days, staying at home waiting for delivery which never came but got cancelled with an untrue reason - wrong delivery address!! It wasnt my first time ordering from Lazada. I will have to think thrice if I want to order from them again!
