Shipment cancelled to MALTA
Order number #11602 A few weeks ago I ordered a couple of items one of them being the 10 piece pink paw stationary set. I got the tracking numbers for all the items but when I clicked on the tracking number for the stationary set there was a warning box with a red flag 'EXCEPTION' and a bit more downwards it is saying that the shipment got cancelled. I contacted you twice but still no response.. Can I please know what is happening with my item ?
